Returns

You can return the item within 7 calendar days of receiving it if it doesn’t meet your expectations. Ensure the item is unused, in the original condition, and in its original packaging. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return. If the item is damaged or not as specified, we will replace it with a new one.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds

At Bloom & Beach, we do not offer monetary refunds. Instead, if your return is approved, we will replace the item with a new one. This offer applies if it is proven that the item is damaged or not compliant with the offered specifications. We believe this approach will ensure your satisfaction with our products.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at support@bloombeach.com.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to: Your Return Address. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.
